Farmhouse

Authentically rustic. uniquely restored.

The Sylvan Ridge farmhouse dates back to the mid-1800s, when it was built as a residence for the Palmer family who first settled and farmed the hillside. It was adapted and added onto as the property's unique history unfolded, from farm to camp to dwelling to venue. Today the farmhouse boasts four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, four stone fireplaces, numerous common spaces (one of which converts to a fifth bedroom), and a wrap-around covered porch overlooking the barn, pool, and mountains beyond. In addition to being included in the rental fee for larger events using the barn, the farmhouse is available throughout the year for intimate events and vacation rental. Up to twelve guests can lodge overnight, with plenty of space to entertain more in the inviting ambiance of this historic home.
